I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel nestled by a breathtaking lake in the mountains. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service with a personal touch. I was particularly impressed when a guest asked for an iron, and the lady of the house kindly ironed his shirt herself! Additionally, the hotel had a convenient drying room for our motorbike gear, which was a lifesaver given the rainy weather. The location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby slopes of Nassfeld. After a day of exploring, I enjoyed relaxing at the cozy bar, indulging in a few drinks. The breakfast spread was also delightful and helped kickstart my day on a positive note. this hotel offers great value for money and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

Great food and staff! The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding areas with plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby.
Poor internet connection. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones from home. However, this could be seen as an advantage if you are looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy the scenic views of the mountains. a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel situated on the slope of the mountains. The location was perfect for outdoor lovers like myself, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from my room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed after a long day on my motorcycle. The basic amenities were all there, and the room had an incredible mountain view that made waking up in the morning a real treat. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh fruit.
Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

This hotel is situated in a remote area, nestled on the mountainside, but close to ski slopes and hiking trails. the rooms are small, but clean with comfortable beds. Although the bathrooms are not luxurious, they are functional. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is filling with plenty of options.
The hotel's location is far from major cities, which can make transportation difficult for non-motorists.

Friendly and hard-working staff, delicious Italian food, stunning view, and easy access to mountain activities. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave. The breakfast was fresh and plenty, perfect for our family of five. The hotel offered a wellness center for rent, which was a great way to relax after a long hike. The family apartment we stayed in had two bathrooms which was very helpful. The staff was kind to offer English-speaking service. We even had fun playing with their dog!
All good.
